The 22nd High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction recently celebrated multiple generations of winemaking with the theme “Legends of the Vine: A Celebration of Generations.” The largest charity wine auction in the U.S. benefits the arts and is a significant contribution to the High’s exhibition and educational programming.
At the Trade Tasting, where hundreds of wines were festively poured, these 12 wines made a most memorable impression.
Editor’s Note: Since it would have been impossible for me to taste every wine poured at an event of this size and scope, I focused my attention on wines that would pair well with spring and summer dining and entertaining.

Chateau D’Esclans Domaines Sacha Lichine
Some rosé wines are too sweet, others too blah. This one is just right with fruity flavors balanced with acidity and even a full body for some va va va voom.
