Paul Chevalier, Shaw Ross’ Fine Wine Director, reports that Chateau d’Esclans was in full form during the 2011 South Beach Wine & Food Festival.

In addition to being enthusiastically received and consumed by many during the day under the Big Tent, Château D’Esclans was the rosé of the evening at The Setai Hotel during the Dim Sum and Disco event with Chef Ming Tsai (Blue Ginger Restaurant in Boston).

The chateau’s wine was paired with a clever combination of Chinese small bites, or dim sum, and the big sounds of DJ-spun 70’s and 80’s disco music.
