2013 Château d’Esclans Domaines Sacha Lichine
A wonderful blend of Grenache and Rolle, this Provence wine sits in the glass with a delicate pale color. Lovely and dry with some herb and spice notes, it has a long, dry finish. Superb.
2012 Château d’Esclans Les Clans
Pale in color, this wine has some evidence of oak on the nose, which gives it a smoky character. Juicy and complex on the palate, it has a serious, pure, dry finish. Very good, but not a wine for the price sensitive.
