This year will see the addition of a V.I.P. Lounge in which NYC chefs will pair bites with various rosés. Among them will be chef Andrew Kitko of STK, the culinary team from the Lambs Club, the National, the Todd English Food Hall, and the Palm Court, the culinary team at Fig & Olive and Le District, chef Laurent Kalkotour of Atrium Dumbo, chefs Jaime and Felipe Torres from Raymi, chef Philippe Corbet from Le Pif, chefs Keavy Blueher and Allison Kave of Butter & Scotch, and chef Natacha Supplice of I Can Cook.
Wines from prestigious labels like Provençal rosé house Château d’Esclans, Champagne producer Nicolas Feuillate, and sparkling wine specialist Ferrari from Italy will be joined by a host of international bottles sourced from countries like Greece, Spain, and France. Guests will also have the debatable pleasure of tasting White Girl Rosé produced by social-media personality Josh Ostrovsky of @thefatjewish. Maybe it’s delicious?
